FiTness Machine Service protocol, better known as FTMS, is the latest Bluetooth standard used to control fitness equipment.
The Bluetooth Module located within the bike allows users to connect their equipment to leading 3rd party fitness apps that use Bluetooth FTMS protocol. Some of the more popular compatible apps are: Zwift, Peloton (iOS), Kinomap, Sufferfest (Windows 10), Tacx (iOS), Training Peaks, Trainer Road, etc.
Connectivity options do vary by app. Not all apps support all platforms (iOS, Android, Windows 10). For example, Sufferfest only works with the ICR50 from Windows 10.
User height range spans from 155 cm to 195 cm / 5’1″ to 6’4″, and the fully welded frame accommodates a weight capacity of 136 kg / 300 lbs.
Resistance levels range from 1 to 11 and are easily changed by moving the level up or down to the desired numerical indicator on the lever.
