How to enter. Complete the Fresh Fit Fridays entry form on this page, agree to receive marketing emails from The Sports Center Ltd., and confirm your email address by clicking the link in the confirmation email. One entry per person. Entries confirmed before 5:00 PM (Nassau time) on a drawing date are eligible for that drawing and all remaining drawings. Entries confirmed after a drawing deadline will be eligible for subsequent drawings only. The final entry deadline is November 13, 2026, at 5:00 PM (Nassau time). Entries confirmed after this deadline will not be eligible for the promotion. Multiple submissions or use of different email addresses by the same person will not result in additional entries.

Existing subscribers. Individuals already subscribed to The Sports Center Ltd.'s email list may participate by completing the entry form on this page and confirming their entry through the email confirmation process. Existing subscribers are not required to create a new subscription. Individuals who previously unsubscribed may also enter and request a new marketing subscription through the same process. Each eligible participant is limited to one entry, regardless of the number of email addresses used.

Drawing dates. October 23, October 30, November 6 and November 13, 2026. Drawings will take place after 5:00 PM (Nassau time) on each scheduled date. One winner per drawing will be selected at random from all eligible, confirmed entries received before the applicable deadline. Eligible entries will remain in the pool for subsequent drawings unless selected as a winner. Each person may win only once during the promotion.

Prize. One $100 The Sports Center Ltd. gift card will be made available for each scheduled drawing, subject to the prize collection and forfeiture provisions outlined below. Four (4) gift cards are available, with a total advertised value of $400. Gift cards are redeemable in-store only, have no cash redemption value, are non-transferable and will not be replaced if lost or stolen.

Winner notification and prize collection. Winners will be notified by email at the address provided during entry within one (1) business day following the applicable drawing. Winners must collect their prize in person from any The Sports Center Ltd. location within seven (7) calendar days from the date the notification email is sent and must present valid government-issued photo identification. Any prize not collected within this period will be forfeited without compensation, subject to applicable law. The Sports Center Ltd. may, at its sole discretion, select an alternate winner but is under no obligation to do so, to the extent permitted by law. Consequently, fewer than four prizes may ultimately be claimed. The winner's first name and last initial may be announced on The Sports Center Ltd.'s social media channels and in its email communications.

Eligibility. Employees of The Sports Center Ltd. and HeatWave Surf & Swim and their immediate families are not eligible. The Sports Center Ltd. reserves the right to request reasonable documentation to verify the identity, age, residency and eligibility of any participant or potential winner.

Modification, suspension or cancellation. The Sports Center Ltd. reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify, suspend, postpone or cancel this promotion, in whole or in part, at any time and without prior notice, where reasonably necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, suspected fraud, technical failures, administrative errors or other circumstances that may compromise the integrity or proper operation of the promotion, subject to applicable law. Any material changes will be published on this page as soon as reasonably practicable. Where possible, changes will not adversely affect entries already validly received or prizes already awarded.

Right to refuse or disqualify entries. The Sports Center Ltd. reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to reject, invalidate or disqualify any entry or participant where it reasonably determines that the participant has violated these Official Rules, provided false or misleading information, submitted duplicate or fraudulent entries, attempted to manipulate the entry or winner selection process, or engaged in conduct that may compromise the fairness, integrity or proper administration of the promotion. All eligibility and disqualification decisions will be made in good faith, applied consistently and subject to applicable law.

Technical issues and invalid entries. The Sports Center Ltd. is not responsible for entries that are incomplete, inaccurate, delayed, misdirected or not received due to technical difficulties, internet connectivity issues, email delivery failures or other circumstances beyond its reasonable control, subject to applicable law. Participants are responsible for providing a valid email address and completing the required email confirmation process. Entries submitted through unofficial channels will not be accepted.

Email communications and privacy. By checking the marketing consent box, submitting the entry form and completing the required email confirmation process, participants expressly request to receive marketing emails from The Sports Center Ltd., including product announcements, promotions, sale notifications and other store updates. Participants who previously unsubscribed may choose to subscribe again through this process. Subscribers may unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link included in marketing emails. Unsubscribing after a valid entry has been confirmed will not automatically invalidate that entry. Personal information collected will be used to administer the promotion and manage email subscriptions in accordance with The Sports Center Ltd.'s Privacy Policy.
