Terms & Conditions
Eligibility: Open to residents of The Bahamas aged 18 and over. Employees of The Sports Center and HeatWave Surf & Swim and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.
Contest Period: Entries are accepted from April 29th, 2026 through May 8th, 2026. Entries submitted after 4:00 PM Bahamas time will be entered into the following day's draw. The final day's entries (May 8th) close at 4:00 PM.
How to Enter: Complete the entry form once with your first name, last name, and a valid email address. A single entry enters you into all ten daily draws for the duration of the contest period. There is no need to enter multiple times. Duplicate entries using the same email address will be disqualified. No purchase is necessary to enter or win.
Prize: One (1) $50 gift card will be awarded each day for ten (10) consecutive days. Gift cards are redeemable in-store at any Sports Center or HeatWave Surf & Swim location. Gift cards are not redeemable for cash and cannot be exchanged, refunded, or replaced if lost. Prize is non-transferable.
Winner Selection: One winner will be randomly selected each day from all eligible entries received by the 4:00 PM cutoff. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Winners will be notified via the email address provided at entry. If a winner does not respond within seven (7) days of notification, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected at the discretion of The Sports Center.
Prize Collection: Winners must collect their gift card in-store at The Sports Center or HeatWave Surf & Swim. To claim the prize, winners must provide the email address used to enter the contest along with valid government-issued ID matching the name submitted at entry.
Privacy: By entering, you consent to receive marketing emails from The Sports Center and HeatWave Surf & Swim. You may unsubscribe at any time. Personal information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and will not be sold or shared with third parties.
Publicity: By accepting the prize, winners agree to allow The Sports Center to use their first name and last initial for promotional purposes (e.g., "Congratulations to Sarah M.!") on social media and email communications, without additional compensation.
General: The Sports Center reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the contest at any time without prior notice. The Sports Center is not responsible for technical failures, lost entries, or incorrect contact information provided by entrants. By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless The Sports Center and HeatWave Surf & Swim, and their respective owners, officers, employees, and agents, from any and all liability, loss, or damage of any kind, including direct, indirect, consequential, or incidental damages, arising from or related to participation in the contest or the acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize. Decisions of The Sports Center regarding all matters relating to the contest are final.
